Formed in 1975, the Capital Canaries was originally intended for Norwich City fans in and around the London area. Over the course of time, however, the number and whereabouts of our membership has increased and varied dramatically and we now have several hundred members spread around the globe!
We have developed a very good relationship with Norwich City Football Club whilst remaining completely independent. Our president is ex-City striker Paul McVeigh and our AGMs in London have been attended by Norwich City majority shareholders Delia Smith and Michael Wynn-Jones as well as numerous members of the Board, management and playing staff in recent years.
